γ-MO2N电极的浸渍-煅烧法制备及其表征

摘    要:运用 XRD、SEM、循环伏安法等现代测试手段 ,对浸渍 -煅烧法制备的 γ-Mo2 N电极进行了表征。结果表明 ,浸渍 -煅烧法制备γ-Mo2 N电极的关键是对升温速率、煅烧温度与时间、冷却方式的选择 ;浸渍干燥温度对极膜的均匀性及极膜与基体的附着性有显著的影响 ;在优化条件下制备的 γ-Mo2 N电极 ,电化学电容特征显著 ,充放电过程动力学可逆性、稳定性与重现性好。

Abstract:In the paper, the γ-Mo2N electrode prepared by dip-calcination method has been characterized by using XRD,SEM and the cyclic voltammetry. The results show that the key to prepare the γMo2N electrode by dip-calcination method is to select the super-heating rate, the calcination temperature and time,and the reaction system cooling method. The dipping dryness temperature effects noteworthily the adhesiveness with substance and the uniformity of film formed on the electrode. The electrode prepared by the optimum technical condition exhibits the characteristic of capacitor, the reversibility of the kinetics and the remarkable stability and reproducibility of the discharge/recharge behavior.
