| 摘 要： | 美国高等教育认证机构是以教育质量保证和改进为宗旨，为院校（专业）提供教育认证的社会组织，通过实施认证评估和间接影响政府政策制定等途径参与高等教育治理，其治理成效显著，特征鲜明，已成为该国高等教育治理机制中一个重要组成部分。研究美国认证机构参与高等教育治理对我国实施高等教育改革。充分发挥评估组织积极功能，具有重要的现实意义。

| Abstract: | The American accrediting organizations are kind of social organizations for the accreditations of colleges and programs,whose missions are educational quality guarantee and improvement.Their governance characteristics are distinctive and the effects are outstanding by accrediting and influencing USA government,which have been the important part of USA governance.With the development of the society,studying on the governance in America is quite meaningful,which is of great significance for related fields of higher education in China. |
