摘    要:以C18为基质固相分散剂,采用基质固相分散技术进行样品前处理,建立了基质固相萃取-液相色谱法分析牛奶和蜂蜜中4种氟喹诺酮的方法,并对基质固相萃取条件和色谱分离条件进行了探讨和优化.在2.5 ng/g和10.0 ng/g 添加水平,4种氟喹诺酮类药物的平均加标回收率为81.9%~111.6%,相对标准偏差<7%.检出限为 0.05 μg/L.

Abstract:A new method for the simultaneous determination of four quinolones in milk and honey was developed by using matrix solid-phase dispersion technology as sample pretreatment followed by liquid chromatography and fluorescence detection.The parameters of matrix solid-phase dispersion and chromatographic separation were investigated and optimized.At the spiked levels of 2.5 ng/g and 10.0 ng/g,the recoveries of the four quinolones were ranged from 81.9% to 111.6% with RSD< 7 %.The detection limit of the method were 0.05 μg/L.
