| 摘 要： | 本文分析了动态阻抗测试中的误差因素,并修正了测试结果.用测得的动态阻抗设计和制作了场效应管功率放大器,得到了较好的性能指标.

| Abstract: | In this paper, the error factor in measuring dynamical impedance is analysed, the measured result is corrected. By using the measured dynamical impedance, the GaAs FET amplifier is developed, and it's better behaviour is obtained. |
