月季“墨红”(Crimson Glory)香精油的研究

<正> 随着人们生活水平的不断提高,近年来化妆品的需求量急剧增加。在众多的香精类型中,玫瑰香型受到人们的普遍喜爱。我国生产玫瑰香精油除了以玫瑰为原料外,还采用月季为原料。“墨红”是一种浓香型月季,开花勤,产花量高,抗寒力强,是提取香精油的理想品种。大约3500kg“墨红鲜花,可提取1kg香精油。月季香精油成分复杂,国内尚少见报道。

A STUDY OF ESSENTIAL OIL FROM CHINESE ROSE "CRIMSON GLORY

The components of the essential oil from Chinese rose (Crimson Glory) are determined qualitatively and quantitatively by GC-MS. The major components detected include citronellol, geraniol and nerol, which are responsible for the characteristic flavor of Chinese rose. Furthermore, the aromatic compounds β-phenylethyl acetate, elemol, a-eudesmol, β-eudesmol and β-cubebene are detected in the test sample and they are reported for the first time in the essential oil from Chinese rose "Crimson Glory".
