| 摘 要： | 本文就单效蒸发系统的热量衡算及传热平均温度差Δtm计算这两个问题进行了分析和推导，并将分析及推导的结果与统编化工原理教材中有关教学内容进行了比较，指出了统编教材所存在的不足之处。
