锰铜箔片弹性元件准静态高压传感器的设计研究

摘    要:该文以高压工程应用如人造水晶为背景,为解决析出结晶影响压力测量的问题,设计了以溅射式锰铜箔片为弹性元件的准静态高压传感器,较之线圈式锰铜压力传感器,该新型传感器具有响应可靠,适应环境能力强的优点。采用了筒紧加自紧处理的的筒体结构,提出了该结构的弹性强度计算公式,设计了引出导线的密封结构,研究确定了预灌装的承压介质,进行了该新型传感器的性能试验,得到了主要的静态性能指标。

Abstract:For the solution of the influence of pressure measurement by crystal deposition, a quasistatical foil-like manganin sensor for high pressure measurement is designed. Compared with the coil-like manganin sensor, this manganin sensor has the advantage of reliable response and good environmental adaptation. A double-layer cylinder of shrink and autofrettage is used and the computed formula of elastic strength is derivated. A sealed structure of leadthroughs is designed. A pre-bottling liquid medium is determined. An experiment on the manganin sensor characteristics is proceeded. Main statical index is obtained.
