| 摘 要： | 廉政文化建设具有丰富的内涵,是社会主义先进文化的重要组成部分。在新形势下加强高校廉政文化建设具有重要的历史意义和现实意义。当前,进一步加强高校廉政文化建设必须坚持以人为本、注重实效、继承与创新相结合等原则,必须把廉政文化建设与校园文化建设、校风建设、党建和思想政治工作、开展＂八荣八耻＂等主题学习教育活动以及廉政制度建设相结合,才能促进高校党风廉政建设上新台阶。

| Abstract: | Cultural construction of clean and honest administration has rich connotations, and is an important part of socialist advanced culture. In the new era, strengthening the construction in colleges contains special historic and realistic significance.
