| 摘 要： | 综述了车辆速度的影响因素,针对每种因素分别阐述了其作用机理和量化影响.将车速的影响因素分为道路因素、交通设施因素、道路环境因素和交通管理因素四类.道路因素包括道路平面线形、纵断面和横断面.交通设施因素包括道路标志、道路标线和控速设施.道路环境因素包括视野和路侧景观两方面因素.交通管理因素涵盖了交通法规和交通管理措施两方面因素.研究结果表明,各因素主要是通过影响驾驶人的视觉特性、心理特性和驾驶舒适性等方式来实现的,并且各种影响效果具有可叠加性.

| Abstract: | The development of the influence factors on the road traffic is summarized and quantization effect was given to those factors,along with mechanism of those factors.Influence factors were classified into road factors,traffic facilities factors,road environment factors and traffic management factors.Road factors were divided into horizontal alignment,profile and cross section.Traffic factors were classified into road sign,road marking and speed-controlling facilities.Road environment factors were classified into vision and roadside landscape.Traffic management factors were divided into traffic law and traffic management measure.The results indicate that those factors affect the vehicle speed through visual property,judging property and reaction property.The effects of those factors can be superimposed. |
