圆钢管平面K型间隙节点极限承载力及其影响因素

摘    要:以圆钢管平面K型间隙节点为对象,利用非线性有限元对其极限承载力进行了研究.分析了主、支管轴线间角度θ,支、主管直径比β(d/D),主管径厚比γ(D/T)以及不同的边界条件及加载方式对节点极限承载力的影响.通过有限元计算值pu与规范公式计算值pcu的比值发现,规范公式对K型间隙节点承载力的计算偏向保守,且未考虑边界条件对节点承载力的影响.

Abstract:Base on the tubular uniplanar gap K-joint,the ultimate bearing capacity is analyzed by using the nonlinear finite element method.The influence of axis angle θ between the main pipe and the branch pipe,the diameter ratioβ (d/D),the diameter-thickness ratio y(D/T),different boundary conditions and loading modes on nodes' ultimate bearing capacity are analyzed.Through the comparison between the FEM results and code formula results,the results show that the calculation of the gap K-joint's bearing capacity of code formula tends to be conservative,and the influence of the boundary conditions on the node bearing capacity are not taken into account.
