| 摘 要： | 精神分析、人本主义是心理学发展中的两大流派，它们有关心理治疗的理论在现代心理治疗领域中颇具代表性和影响力。该文从它们对人性的看法出发，简要介绍其治疗原理和方法，以期对现代心理治疗的发展历程有一清晰的认识和把握，并对心理治疗的发展前景作出展望。

| Abstract: | Psychoanalysis and humanism were both the most important schools for the development of psychology. Theme schools＇ theories of psychotherapy were typical and influential in the field of modem psychotherapy. This paper focus on the view of human nature of theme schools, introduce their theories and techniques, and preview the development of modem psychotherapy. |
