重庆石灰岩植被的数量分类及其基于环境因子的判别分析

摘    要:基于经典聚类法和模糊聚类法对重庆石灰岩植被进行了分类研究,并基于环境因子对其判别分析进行探讨。结果表明,经典聚类法和模糊聚类法结合用于石灰岩次生植被的研究可取得较为满意的结果。前者对较高级的单位具优势,后者对植被中、低级分类单位较佳。综合考虑,可将重庆石灰岩植被分为6个植被型,15个群系,土壤pH值和岩石裸露度对植被型间判别作用最重要。

Abstract:Based on classical clustering methods,Puzzy Clustering method and Simple Discriminant Analy-sis, We studied the Calcareous vegetation of Chongqing.The result shows that classical clustering methods and Fuzzy Clustering method could be effectively used when they were cooperated,The for mer does well in classifing the higher unit of vegetation classification and the later does well in the mid-dle and lower units. Taving all into consideration,We can classify the Calcareous vegetation of Chongqing into 6 vegetation typos,i.e,boombo,temporate evergreen broadleaved forest,temporate evergreen needleleaved and decidous brcadleaved mixed forot, evergreen broadleaved shrub,decidous braodleaved shrub,and evergreen and decidous broadleaved shrub,and furtherly into 15 formations,The soil pH value and reek exposure are very important to the discrimination of the vegetation types.
