摘    要:该研究使用两个基于不同算法的RNA二级结构预测软件RNAstructure 3.71和RNAdraw V1.1b2,通过对SARS冠状病毒BJ01和TOR02株的基因组序列的二级结构进行计算机初步模拟,得到可能用于RNAi作用药物设计的6个结构.

Abstract:In this research, the secondary structures of BJ01 and TOR02 isolates' SARS-Cov genome sequences are simulated with two software tools: RNAstructure 3.71 and RNAdrawV1.1b2, which are based on different algorithms to predict RNA secondary structures. Six potential structures have been obtained, which can be used in designing medicines by RNAi action.
