兰州市健康人血清蛋白电泳参考值及2种电泳介质的结果评价

采用琼脂糖凝胶法和醋纤膜法分别对216例健康成人血清进行蛋白电泳,其中琼脂糖凝胶法兰州市正常成人血清蛋白电泳参考值为ALB(62.9±5.3)%、α1(2.5±1.0)%、α2(8.4±2.8)%、β(10.3±3.3)%、γ(15.9±5.1)%,与醋纤膜法电泳结果比较,各组分均相差显著(P<0.01).其结果老年组与中青年组相比较,各蛋白组分值均相差显著(P<0.05).成年男女ALB、γ带相差显著(P<0.05),α1、α2、β带相差均不显著;电泳介质性质的不同使得2种电泳结果各组分差异显著.

Establishment of Electrophoretic Reference Value of Serum Protein of Healthy Persons in Lanzhou and Comparison Between Two Kinds of Electrophoretic Carriers

The paper is aimed at the object to establish electrophoretic reference value of serum protein of healthy persons in Lanzhou and to compare the electrophoretic carriers used. 216 serum samples from local healthy adult population are detected by the SEBIA agar gels and cellulose acetate electrophoresis. Comparisons are made between the two kinds of different electrophoretic carriers. The results show that their reference values are significantly different. Differences are also great between aged group and middle aged ones. There are differences between male and female. This shows that the reference values are relative and not absolute. It is recommended each laboratory establish its own reference value.
