羧甲基壳聚糖-Cu2+配合物催化分解H2O2的研究

摘    要:研究羧甲基壳聚糖-Cu2+配合物对H2O2分解的催化活性及影响因素。以壳聚糖为原料,制备水溶性羧甲基壳聚糖(CMC),再以其为配体制备CMC-Cu2+配合物,并将CMC-Cu2+配合物应用于催化H2O2分解的反应,考察了w(CMC)/w(CuCl2)、体系pH值对H2O2分解的影响。结果表明:温度为25℃,w(CMC)/w(CuCl2)为5∶1时形成的CMC-Cu2+配合物,在pH值为7附近,对质量分数为5%的H2O2的分解率12 h为92.5%,24 h为99.5%,说明CMC-Cu2+配合物对H2O2分解有良好的催化作用。

Abstract:This paper studies the catalytic capability and the influencing factors of carboxymethyl chitosan(CMC-Cu2+) complex for decomposition of H2O2.The water-solubility carboxymethyl chitosan(CMC) has been prepared with the raw material of chitosan.Strong catalytic capability was obtained with solution concentrative ratio of CMC/CuCl2 being 5∶1 at room temperature 25 ℃,and with about pH 7,the rates of 5% H2O2 decomposition after 12 h,24 h were 92.5%,99.5% respectively.Experimental results show that the complex of CMC-Cu2+ has good catalytic capability for decomposition of H2O2.
