Abstract:Abstract:To compare the current method of liver fibrosis in rats induced by tetrachloromethane, and to establishthe best method of liver fibrosis in order to provide reference for scientific research. Method Cnki, Wanfang dataand cqvip were used to search and obtain the related literatures, data and the experimental pathological results and serological examination were selected, the literature was graded according to pathology and Alanine transaminase and aspartate transaminase rates. The relevant experimental factors are evaluated, and then the criteria of modelinduction are established. Result In the model group, the normal hepatic lobule structure was destroyed and theinterlobular fibrous septum was formed. The serum ALT and AST indexes were significantly increased.Conclusion The reliable experimental scheme of hepatic fibrosis model induced by tetrachloromethane oil isreliable. species, sex, pathway of drug action and concentration of CCl4 all influence the experimental result.
