实验用猫的应用及标准化

猫作为中型实验用动物,拥有独特的生理学及解剖学特性,被广泛应用于生物、医药等领域的研究.猫可用于制备多种疾病动物模型,在神经系统、降压实验等研究方面,具有不可替代的作用.近年来,我国在猫的实验动物标准化方面虽有所进展,但相对缓慢.本文主要对实验用猫的应用现状和国内外实验用猫标准化进展进行探讨.

Application and Standardization of Laboratory Cats

As a medium-sized laboratory animal, cat has unique physiological and anatomical characteristics and is widely used in biology, medicine and other research fields. Cat can be used to prepare animal models of various diseases, and it has irreplaceable roles in the researches for nervous system and antihypertensive experiments. In recent years, although there are some progresses in the standardization of laboratory cat in China, it is relatively slow. In this paper, we review the application and standardization of laboratory cat in china based on the current situation of the research and application and the domestic and foreign progresses of standardization of laboratory cat.
