转移矩阵方法与一维声子晶体的带结构

摘    要:声子同物质(比如液体、气体或细长竿等)相互作用可以归结为声子在不同"声阻抗"场中运动。所谓声子晶体就是物质的声阻抗周期变化的晶体。当声子在这种介质中运动时,它的能量(频率)将分裂成带。利用转移矩阵方法分析了声阻抗呈阶跃型分布的一维声子晶体带结构,讨论了系统的稳定性、禁带宽度。结果表明,材料的禁带特征与它的参数有关,只需适当选择介质或适当调节介质参数就可以得到不同声学性质的声子晶体。

Abstract:The phonon interaction with the matter(as example gas, liquid or fine and long rod, etc.) may attributed to the interaction with a variable sound impedance field. So-called phononic crystal is that sound impedance is the periodic variated crystal o When the phonon motion in the medium, its energy will split to band. The band structural of 1- dimension phononic crystal is analysed by transited matrix method for a sound impedance with the step-type distribution, and the stability and the band structure are disscussed. The results show .that the band structure is only related to the parameters of the system ,suitable selecting (or regulating a parameters of the system),the materials with a variable sound properties can be obtained.
