| 摘 要： | 城市点源大气污染物总量分配方法根据其基本原理的不同，可分为等比例削减法、基于环境质量目标的分配方法、基于一定基准的分配方法和基于经济指标的分配方法和优化模型等。作者综述了目前各个分配方法的基本原理和应用条件，并指出其优缺点和适用范围。 |

| Abstract: | Based on various allocation principle,allocation methods of the total amount for the atmosphere pollutants of point source in cities were divided into several categories: uniform proportion abatement,allocation according to the target of environmental quality,allocation based on certain benchmark,allocation based on economic index,and optimal means. The paper summarized the basic principle and application condition of various allocation methods,and pointed out the advantage,disadvantage and suitable area of methods. |
