精密精馏板式塔的简捷设计

摘    要:根据陈宁馨方程的近似解析解,导出了一个适用于精密精馏板式塔的简捷设计方程。利用该方程求出了20种情况所需的理论板数并与陈宁馨方程的精确解比较,平均误差为2.8%。计算结果表明本文导出的方程可用于精密精馏板式塔的简捷设计。更为重要的是该方程可用于精密精馏最佳回流比的快速估算。

Abstract:In this paper a short-cut design equation that applies to plate column for close-boiling fractionation is developed based on the approximate analytical solutions of Ning Hsing Chen's equations.The number or theoretical trays which 20 cases need have been calculated with the equation.The average error is 2.8% as compared with the exact solutions of Chen's equations.The result shows that derivative equation in this paper can be used for the short-cut design of plate column for close-boiling fractionation.It is more important that the equation can be used for a quick cstimate of the optimum reflux ratio for closc-boiling fractionation.
