| 摘 要： | 研究了左手材料平板波导中的电磁波传播特性,分析了此类波导与传统电介质平板波导性质上的差异,特别是在截止频率方面的差异.发现左手材料平板波导m=1导模是一个带通模,对于同一频率、同一模序数有可能存在着两种导波传播模式.

| Abstract: | In this paper we have studied the transmitting properties of the electromagnetic waves in the left-handed material slab waveguides and analyzed the property difference between these waveguides and the traditional dielectric waveguides, especially the difference in cutoff frequency. We find that guided mode m=1 of the left-handed material slab waveguide is a band-pass mode and that there possibly exist two guided wave modes for the same frequency and mode number. |
