| 摘 要： | 2000年后朝鲜的外交政策有了一定程度的转变，出现了一些新的特点，全方位的务实性外交特点初见端倪。这种转变一方面受到国际社会的影响，另一方面也有朝鲜国内的原因。由于朝鲜特殊的地理位置和历史地位，其外交政策的变化对相关地区和国家产生了一定影响。然而，由于受到多种因素的影响，朝鲜外交的未来走向还并不明确，还存在较大的变数。时于朝鲜来说未来的出路需要一方面发展国家实力，另一方面形成新的外交思想与机制。
