125K TlCaBaCuO超导体制备工艺的研究

摘    要:研究了TlCaBaCuO超导体的制备工艺。对名义成分为Tl_5Ca_(3.8)Ba_(2.8)Cu_6O_z和TlCa_4Ba_3Cu_6O_z的两种配比,采用适当的烧结温度、时间以及冷却速度,都获得了零电阻转变温度为125K的超导体。

Abstract:The preparation technology of Tl-Ca-Ba-Cu-O supercoductors was investigated. The supercoductivity of zero resistance transition temperature at 125 K was obtained in the samples with nominal composition of Tl_5Ca_(3.8)Ba_(2.8)Cu_6O_xor TlCa_4Ba_3Cu_6O_x was obtained when the suitable sintering temperature, time and cooling rate was chosen.
Keywords:superconductor  zero resistance transition temperature   the sintering method in two steps.
