| 摘 要： | 综述了三级四极质谱-质谱技术在中国的应用成果。在复杂混合物中成分结构的测定方面,有代表性的研究工作是植物中生长激素玉米赤霉烯酮的鉴定以及在动物和人的体液中直接检测代谢物,还叙述了质谱-质谱技术在石油勘探生物标志化学方面的应用。并将能量分辨质谱技术用于DNT,RDX,和HMX的异构物研究。

| Abstract: | A summary of some applications of the Triple Stage Quadrupole MS/ MS technique in China is presented . Representative studies on structural characterization of complex mixtures presented here are : the identification of zearalenone growth hormone in plants and direct determination of metabolites in animal and human body fluids . The application of MS/MS for biological marker chemistry to petroleum exploration is also described .The energy resolved mass spectrometry (ERMS ) methodology has been studied for several isorners of DMT , RDX and HMX . |
