基于神经网络-遗传算法的悬臂梁支架系统的优化设计

摘    要:综合利用有限元方法、正交试验设计法、人工神经网络以及遗传算法对悬臂梁支架系统进行优化设计.试验分析表明,优化后的悬臂梁自由端变形减小,悬臂梁整体基频提高,减少了悬臂梁的弯曲振动,增强其稳定性,达到优化目的.

Abstract:The finite element method,orthogonal test design method,artificial neural network and genetic algorithm were used to optimize the structure of cantilever bracket.After the optimization of the bracket,the static displacement of the cantilever bracket was decreased and the fundamental frequencies were increased.The performance of the cantilever was obviously improved.
