摘    要:车轮拧紧设备是汽车总装生产线的关键设备.在分析螺栓拧紧策略的基础上提出了一种基于PLC(programmable logic controller)和工控机的汽车车轮螺栓拧紧工具可重构控制系统,并对控制系统硬件和软件部分进行了分析,介绍了硬件组成、软件功能模块图、流程图等.该控制系统实现了硬件和软件的模块化,便于根据生产需要灵活组态,对提高汽车车轮螺栓拧紧的效率具有重要意义.
