超高速外圆磨床动态性能分析及诊断

摘    要:实验振动测试可以评价机床的抗振性能并对机床的振动情况做出分析诊断,因而成为解决机床振动问题的关键手段之一.针对某超高速外圆磨床的振动问题,采用实验振动测试技术,制定测试方案并实施.通过对测试数据的分析和诊断,确定了振动产生原因,并据此给出振动控制建议,最终解决磨床振动问题.

Abstract:Experimental vibration test can valuate machine vibration resistance and make analysis and diagnosis for vibration of the machine,which becomes a major means of solution for problem of machine vibration.For solving vibration problem of high speed grinding machine,experimental vibration test technology is used to design test program and implement,then analyse and diagnose causes of vibration.Ultimately it comes to vibration control recommendations and finally solves the problem.
