婴儿双歧杆菌高浓度培养的研究

摘    要:试验比较了婴儿双歧杆菌在TPY,MRS和TM培养基的生长情况,发现TM作为婴儿双歧杆菌的生长培养基相对较好;在对TM进行优化后,进行流加碱培养.测定婴儿双歧杆菌在发酵培养基中的生长曲线、pH和吸光值的变化,确定发酵终止时间为20 h,此时菌数可达6.02×109 cfu/mL.

Abstract:The growths of TPY,MRS and TM media were compared.The TM medium was found to be the best one.After discontinual alkalizing the culture of B.infantis,the growth curves of optimized fermentative medium were determined,with the change in pH and optics density.According to the growth curve,the terminal time was 20 h for B.infantis,its number was 60.2×109 cfu/mL.
