摘    要:采用葡萄糖辅助的水热法制备了Fe2 O3空心微球,利用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对产物的结构进行分析和表征,结果表明:空心微球直径为1~2 μm,由粒径50~100 nm的纳米颗粒组装而成,随葡萄糖用量的增加,Fe2 O3空心微球表面逐渐变得致密.利用气敏特性静态测试仪对Fe2 O3的气敏性能进行了...

Abstract:The Fe2O3 hollow microspheres were successfully prepared by a glucose-assisted hydrothermal approach at 180 ℃,and followed by calcination at 500 ℃ for 4 h.The structure of Fe2O3 hollow microspheres was studied by XRD and SEM.The results show that the products were pure Fe2O3 with a hexagonal structure.And the microspheres with a diameter of 1~2 μm were assembled by Fe2O3 nanoparticles(50~100 nm);the surface of Fe2O3 hollow microspheres densified with the increasing of glucose concentration.Above all,the gas sensing properties of the sensors based on the Fe2O3 hollow microspheres were investigated,which can improve the sensitivity of the gas sensor.
