| 摘 要： | 分别通过两步合成得到2个烷基5位取代的吲哚化合物,并通过1 H NMR、13 C NMR、MS和元素分析对化合物结构进行了表征.所得化合物为一类重要的医药中间体且在生物骨架的构筑方面有重要的作用.合成方法使用廉价的亚铜催化剂,收率分别达到60.4%和55.6%.

| Abstract: | Two 5-alkyl substituted indole derivates were synthesized by two steps,respectively.The structures of two indole compounds were characterized by 1H NMR,13C NMR,MS and elemental analysis.The synthesis routes of the compounds which are catalyed by Cu(I),are simple,facile and high yields in 60.49% and 55.6%,respectively. |
