单负材料异质结构的共振隧穿模频率特性仿真研究

摘    要:基于微带线理论采用加载集总元件的方法设计单负材料,当两材料的波阻抗和有效相移相等时出现共振隧穿模.针对实验制备中集总元件频率响应的限制,通过改变单负材料的厚度实现在特定集总元件情况下对隧穿频率的调节,隧穿模频率随材料厚度增大而向低频移动.

Abstract:Single negative metamaterials was designed based on transmission line technology.While electromagnetic wave propagating in these metamaterials,if the wave impedance and phase shift are equal in each other,the electromagnetic wave is transmissible in specific frequency.For the frequency response limitations of lumped element,we adjust the tunnel mode through changing the thickness of the two kind of single negative metamaterials.The simulation results show that the frequency has shift towards lower while increasing the thickness of metamaterials.
