| 摘 要： | 通过以廉价的对羟基苯甲醛和2,4-二羟基苯乙酮为起始原料,经过O-异戊烯基化,保护酚羟基,羟醛缩合,去保护基等反应步骤,研究首次以48.9%的总收率完成了天然产物4-Hydroxycordoin的全合成,所有新化合物的结构都经过IR,1H NMR,MS进行了结构确证.

| Abstract: | The total synthesis of natural 4-Hydroxycordoin was studied through O-prenylation,protection of phenolic hydroxylgroup,aldol condensation,deprotection Starting from cheap 4-hydroxybenzaldehyde and 2,4-dihydroxyacetophenone,with total yield 48.9%.All structures of new compounds were confirmed by IR,1H NMR,and MS. |
