甘氨酸在PEG400水溶液中的摩尔电导率

摘    要:利用DDS-IIA型电导率仪测定了不同温度下甘氨酸在PEG400水溶液中的电导率,计算了甘氨酸的摩尔电导率.探讨了温度和溶剂浓度对甘氨酸摩尔电导率的影响.结果表明,甘氨酸的摩尔电导率随温度的升高而增大,随溶剂浓度的增大而降低.

Abstract:The conductivities of glycine in aqueous PEG400 solutions at different temperature have been determined. Molar conductivities of glycine were calculated and the influences of temperature and concentration of PEC400 on molar conductivities were dicussed. The results show that molar conductivity of glycine increases with the increasing temperature. At the same temperature, molar conductivity of glycine decreased with the increasing concentration of PEG400.
