海水中微量元素的分析:柱萃取—原子吸收法的研究

摘    要:本文提出了用浸有7—12碳烯—8—羟基喹啉(简称DDQ)的XAD-4树脂为填充剂(吸附剂)的柱革取法,研究了同时革取海水中微量元素锰、铋、铜、镉、镍、镓及石墨炉原子吸收法连续测定这些元素的实验条件。相对标准偏差1.34~4.00%,可用于大批量海水及天然水中微量元素的分析。

Abstract:This paper presents a column-extractions method in which XAD-4 resin impregnated with 7-Dodecenyl-8-Quino lion (DDQ) was selected packing, and studies the suitable working conditions,such as the extraction and enrichment of the trace elements including Maganese, Nickel, Copper, Cadmium, Bismuth and Gallium in seawater. This method has advantages, with high efficiency enriching those trace elements, without contamination, but with high determinative sensitivy as well as high automation, The relative standard deviation of this mothod in over the range of 1.34~4.00% and it is suitable for the determinations of a large banch of samples such as seawater, etc.
