改性纳米CaCO3对RTV硅密封胶性能的影响

摘    要:将湿法改性得到的活性纳米CaCO3应用于RTV硅密封胶中,扫描电镜测试结果表明,改性的碳酸钙能够在RTV硅密封胶中达到很好的分散,活性CaCO3-RTV硅密封胶体系黏度低,因而有较好的加工性能;经过改性的纳米CaCO3能够极大地提高RTV硅密封胶的机械性能,其中拉伸强度提高300%,断裂伸长率提高100%,扯断伸长率没有明显变化。

Abstract:In this study, CaCO_3 nanoparticles were modified hydrophobically, forming a compound functional filler. The sedimentation experimental results show that the dispersion of nano CaCO_3 in an organic impregnant is improved markedly,the admixture viscosity decreases obviously and the mechanical properties of silicon sealant filled with modified nano CaCO 3 are also improved evidently. The tensile strength reached a maximum value for a addition of nano CaCO_3 up to 40% of silicon sealant. The tensile strength enhanced 300%.The rupture elongation increased 100%.
