电趋肤效应与电子能态关系的研究

摘    要:用电磁学理论结合凝聚态物理学理论研究了电趋肤效应问题,它包括处于静电平衡状态下的导体上的感应电荷分布在导体的外表面上、交流电流的趋肤效应和超导电流的趋肤效应.分析指出,电趋肤效应是由于电子在晶格势场中能态升高,其载体内部不存在容纳这种处于高能态电子的能级,从而表现出趋肤效应.

Abstract:By combining electromagnetic theory with condensed state physics, we studied the electric skin effect, which consists of the distribution of conductor's induced charge on the surface of the conductor under the state of electrostatic equilibrium, the skin effects of the alternating current and super current. It points out that due to the increase of electron's energy state in the potential field of lattice, its inner carrier has no such energy level that can hold the electron of high-energy state, thus resulting in the skin effect.
