| 摘 要： | B超监测卵泡发育与排卵具有直观性好、重复性强、便于连续检查等优点，是目前监测卵泡发育的重要手段。本文对32例B超监测与排卵的情况，结合基础体温测定、宫颈粘液譬晶情况分析，讨论了B超监测卵泡发育与排卵的独特优势，对黄体化卵泡不破裂综合症的诊断意义和临床治疗不孕症中指导用药、提高受孕率，以及在人工授精中的特殊意义。

| Abstract: | Being direct,repetitive and contimal are the advantages of B-US in momtoring the development of follicle and ovulation. At present, B-US is a very important means to do the job. In-this paper, according to 32 cases of B-US application, together with the basic measurement of body temperature and the cervical mucus crystallization, the author discusses the unique advantage of the application of B-US in monitoring the development of follicle and ovulation. It is signfcant in the diagnose of unbreakable licteum follicle and the medicine divection in the treatment of infertility and to raise the pregnancy rate and the artificial-insemination. |
