试论领导过程--关于领导方法和领导艺术的一点思考

领导艺术是领导方法的有效运用。要掌握领导艺术，首先必须掌握基本的领导方法。而要掌握基本的领导方法，应深刻认识和把握“领导过程”，因为，世界是过程的结合体，领导的实施也是一个“过程”。如果领导在工作实践中能够强化“过程”意识，并真正把握了基本的“领导过程”，那么，也就把握了基本的领导方法，进而，可逐步掌握领导方法巧妙运用的艺术。

The arts of leadership is how to effectively apply approaches of leadership.First of all, a good command of basic approaches of leadership is the base and key to the arts of leadership.However, the process of leadership must be deeply considered and grasped to master the basic approaches of leadership because the world is a combination of processes and the implementation of leadership is also a process.If leaders can enhance their awarenese of process in practical work and are really able to master the basic process of leadership ,they are said to have mastered the basic approaches of leadership.Moreover, they can gradually learn the arts of how to apply the approaches of leadership.
