| 摘 要： | 数量化回归分析是为了达到预测目的所进行的定量变量对定性变量的回归分析。本文以小麦高分子谷蛋白亚基与沉降值的相关性研究为例，就这一方法的统计学原理以及在小麦加工品质分析上的应用作了详细介绍。从实例分析结果来看，该方法简单、实用，且操作易行。

| Abstract: | A quantitative regression analysis is the regression of quantitative variables to determinine variables for the purpose of prediction. In this paper the statistical principle and the application of quantitative regression in analysis of industrial quality of wheat were expounded all-sidedly with the example of correlation study between high molecular weight glutenin subunits(HMW-GS)and sedimentation value.According to the result of instance analysis,this method is simple and practical,furthermore,it is easy to operate. |
