| 摘 要： | 钢框架结构住宅在我国的住宅体系中发展迅速,但和发达国家仍有一定差距,有待于研究和实践。利用目前常用的计算和设计软件PKPM中的STS和STAWE模块,通过建模计算分析,研究一6层钢框架住宅。在8度设防情况下,分别采用方钢管柱、H型钢柱和钢管混凝土柱,分析比较采用不同柱子时结构的刚度、抗震性能及用钢量等技术参数。分析结果对工程设计有一定参考价值。
