克服颗粒偏析的灰铸铁标准物质的研制

摘    要:本文主要采用了结晶器高压水快速冷却铸成薄壁园管新工艺,很有效地克服了碳、磷颗粒成份含量偏析现象,研制出均匀性好,含碳量较高(>3.5%),颗粒小(<40目)的灰铸铁标准物质,从而解决了以往铸棒工艺中的一些问题.

Abstract:This paper developed the small particle--size (<40# )standard gray cast iron of 73.5% which had uniform chemical compositions by the use of new casting processing. The thin wall pipe was cast through fast cooling crystallizer with high pressure water from which the small particles were cut. This processing overcame the microsegregation of carbon an.d phosphorus and solved some difficult problems in the past in casting bars.
