PP333对花生营养器官的形态和叶片超微结构的影响

摘    要:本文报道了多效唑(PP333)喷施花生对植株性状、茎叶形态及结构的影响.结果表明:PP333能抑制花生主茎生长,节间缩短变粗,一级分枝数目增多,茎维管束长度变短,宽度增加,叶片变短,厚度增加,叶肉栅栏组织也增厚,叶片表面细胞变小,密度增大,气孔变小,叶绿体基粒片层数目减少,抑制叶绿体发育.

Abstract:This paper reports the effect of spraying with pp333 upon the plant characters,shootmorphology and it's structure in Arachis hypogaea L.,the results show that:With thetreatment of pp333, the growth of the main stem was restrained, internodes were shortand thick,so were it's vascular bundle, the first branch was increased. The leaf laminawas become short and thick, in which the palisade tissue was thick. The leaf epidermiscells were become dense and small, stomata were small. The number of grana lamellawas decreased, indicating that pp333 could restrain the development of chloroplast.
