摘    要:利用共混挤出法制备了PP/包覆红磷/高岭土复合材料,并对该材料的阻燃性能进行了探讨。其中氧指数、点燃氧指数与燃烧氧指数均表明,在高岭土与红磷的配比在1:1-1:2时,协同阻燃效果较好,同时热分析实验也表明,二者复配后,其热稳定性提高。

Abstract:Blend Extrusion was adopted to prepare the PP/ encapsulated red phosphorus/ kaolin clay composite material,and the flame retardancy to this material was studied.Oxygen index,Ignited oxygen index and Burning oxygen index indicated,when kaolin clay and red phosphorus allocated proportion was in 1:1-1:2,the effect of coordinated anti-burns would be better,simultaneously the thermal analysis experiment also indicated after the two duplicate matches,its thermostability had been enhanced.
