梯度涂层板的热应力分析与优化

摘    要:以金属/陶瓷梯度涂层板为例,用解析法获得了梯度涂层在稳定工作状态的温度场和热应力分布。结合小种群遗传算法,以梯度涂层各中间梯度层的组分和厚度作为优化设计变量。在保证梯度涂层隔热性能的基础上,选择合理的梯度组成分布,控制材料内部的热应力,对梯度涂层板进行优化,得到了相应的优化结果,为梯度材料热应力缓和优化设计提供指导。

Abstract:Temperature and thermal stress distribution of steady work state for metal/ceramic FGM coating plate are obtained by formulation.For optimization,Micro-genetic algorithms are used and the design variables are the thickness of each interlayer and the volume fraction distribution of the coating.The reasonable componential distribution is selected on the basis of ensuring heat insulation performance.Optimizing the thermal stress distribution is carried out,and the optimization results of composition distribution are gained.
