| 摘 要： | 本文以物理学史上科学家们之间为获科学发现优先权竞争的真实事件，探讨并阐释了科学发现优先权如同一把双刃剑。它既能维护科学家们的权益，激励科学家们的研究热情，加速加快在一个特定领域的科学知识发展，但它也能加剧科学家们相互间的争执，甚至导致个别科学家采取不适当、不合理的方法侵犯他人科学发现优先权。
