| 摘 要： | 随着高校教学、科研和后勤管理的改革,面向学生的服务项目和收费项目不断增加。采用人工计费收费管理,一方面需要人力且效率较低,另一方面容易产生管理漏洞缺乏准确度。采用网络计费和缴费管理,既可以提高效率,又能够提高服务质量,进一步提高办公自动化程度。 |

| Abstract: | The payments from students are increasing rapidly because of the increase of service items and reform of university. If the management of payments are done manually, on one hand it is more expensive and lower efficient, on the other hand data errors are easily mode. If it is done over network, not only high efficiency but also the better service can be achieved. It will promote the OA forward to high level. |
