| 摘 要： | 对一些陷入困境的企业的内部管理现状做了系统分析，针对管理落后的问题提出相应对策，指出企业要摆脱目前的困境，必须聘请优秀的企业领导，采取紧缩或放弃战略，通过内部的管理改造，盘活企业存量资源，转变经营机制，增加企业活力。

| Abstract: | This paper makes systematical analysis on the present situation of the internal management of the enterprises being in difficult position, and in the light of the backward management, puts forward some corresponding measures, and points out that the enterprise, which wants to extricate from the difficult position, must invite outstanding enterprise leaders, adopt the strategies of tightening or giving up, practice internal management reform, activating stock resources of enterprise, transform operation system, and increase the activity of enterprise. |
