| 摘 要： | 针对某炼钢厂连铸旋转塔状态监测与故障诊断的需要，开发了远程监测诊断系统，并对其实现过程中的关键技术如B／S结构、JAVA技术和网络Web诊断技术进行了详细的分析，现场运行效果表明该系统功能齐全，运行可靠，用户满意。最后指出了设备远程诊断系统急待解决的关键问题。

| Abstract: | Aimed at the requirements of the turret of continuous casting machine's monitoring and failure diagnosis in a certain steel-making plant,a remote monitoring and diagnosis system is designed,and some main technologies in the system such as the B/S structure,the JAVA technology and web diagnostic technology are analyzed in detail.The effect of on-the-spot operation indicates that the system has comprehensive function, reliable performance and ensures consumer satisfaction.Finally,some key problems of remote monitoring diagnosis system that need to be solved urgently are pointed out. |
