| 摘 要： | 最低工资制作为宏观调控的有利工具,对人们的生活产生着重要的影响。随着我国经济的发展,原有的最低工资制已经不能适应形势的发展,也无法发挥它应有的作用。在这种情况下,我们急需对最低工资进行调整,本文是笔者对最低工资标准调整所作的浅要分析,就其调整的意义、方法、原则提供自己的看法。
