| 摘 要： | 传统的雷管DDNP起爆药烘干控制系统有板式换热器热水加热系统和真空干燥器烘干系统,前者需要一台蒸汽锅炉,投资大,特别是其尾汽热损失大,效率低;后者需要进行预烘,且需配套真空泵,容积有限,投资大,增加预烘环节的搬运,对安全操作不利。利用热泵和循环泵,结合PLC、变频器等器件对系统进行更新设计,能够实现机组自动运行和显示的智能控制,提高效率、降低能耗,提高产品质量和安全操作性能等优点。
